Unless you are a professional weight lifter, the fine gleam of sweat is not particularly intentional or attractive, but it sure does come with a sense of accomplishment and a surge of soothing and invigorating neurotransmitters. Dare to do something physical. Get back into touch with your body. Whether it is at home with the curtains drawn or in the overly bright lights of a local gym, try moving your body and watch what it does to your mood, mind and memory.
